10/10 recommend! I came in thinking I was about to spend a ton of money on body work due to cracked plate cover thingy that connects to bumper. Monica at the front desk was super nice and Clay informed me that he had an idea for a quick fix that would not require a full bumper replacement. For no cost! Amazing! I could have been charged so much for this, but they took care of it because they are JUST BEING GOOD PEOPLE. Amazing. Very honest, super nice, no pressure situation, and ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service. They have my business for life :)

Duane’s did such a great job. They kept me informed every step of the way and did terrific work. It is also super convenient that they have Enterprise cars on sight making getting the rental process so easy. I will always use Duane’s for all of my repair work. I have already recommended friends to them, and they were equally as happy.

I'm a returned customer, because my car was involved in a hit and run. The first time was my son's car and they did a wonderful job. What I love about this place are their fast communications, efficient, and great teamwork. Monica is a sweetheart. She handles the front desk exceptionally well and smooth. She helped set up the car rental for me, so when I drop off my car, the rental car is already there. I really appreciate that, because I do have a busy schedule. Also, a shout out to Matt and Clay for fixing both mines and my son's car! Thank you all for an awesome job!

To begin with If I could give more than 5 stars Duane’s would get them all. My baby needed a whole BBL her back end was all smashed in and Duane’s came through with a DBP (Duane’s body & paint job) I got a new back end, better than I expected. It started in the office with Monica she has the most patience and respect I say this because I came to her as an upset customer due to my insurance company and she calmed me down the customer service she delivered was beyond superb. Alex was very good as well! There were a handful of employees who I got to speak with and they all had great attitudes and customer service skills! I don’t regret going to them. I am beyond thankful, grateful, and blessed to of had my experience with them! I did have to edit the photo, I promise it’s my car! Duane’s I do need a paint job on my front side so maybe we can negotiate a contract and get a complete paint job with advertisements so I can advertise for you for life. 😂🤣
